Documents

This section displays the list of documents shared with contacts for eSignature. You can review details such as the name of the document, the date when the document is created, and the name of recipient of the document.

You can use this section to:
  • Share a document using the Generate and Share Documents option.
  • Select a file from the document center to share a file with a contact using the Share Files from Document Center option.
  • Select a file from the system to share with a contact using the Share Files from My Computer option.
  • Delete a document using the Delete option.
  • Send a request for eSignature on a document using the Request eSignature option.
    Note: The document template where eSignature is required must contain the Document Signature merge field.
  • View the document signature details and the requested document using the View option.
