Adding or modifying a service option

  1. Select Settings > Reservations > Service Options. The Service Options page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site to which a service option must be added.
    Note: If you select the Master List site to add a service option, the service option is added to all the sites.
  3. Click New. The Edit Service Option page is displayed.
    Note: You can modify an existing service option, using the Edit option corresponding to the name of the service option.
  4. Specify a name for the service option in the Service Option field.
  5. Select the Visible In Guest Portal check box to view the service option in the guest portal.
  6. Click Save.
