Editing an Email Template

  1. Select Settings > Correspondence > Manage Email Templates. The Manage Email Templates page is displayed.
  2. Click Edit. The Edit Email Template page is displayed.
  3. Edit the template details such as Name, Description, Document Type, Folder, Subject, and Body. You can also add or remove merge fields as per your requirement in the email template.
    Note: Business Type cannot be changed on an existing template.
  4. Click Save.
    Note: This will move the existing template to the desired location with updated changes.
