Reports

The Reports page allows you to view the list of reports that are generated for the events. The data on this page is displayed based on these values specified in the filter section:

  • The folder names.
  • The type of report.
  • The search string with a keyword for example, the Report Name or Description.
    Note: You can also select the Limit to Reports I own check box to display only the reports created by the current user.

You can use this page to:

  • Create a new report, using the New Report option.
  • View the schedule of the reports related to jobs, using the View Scheduled Report Jobs option.
  • View the list of reports for the related job, using the View Report Jobs Results option.
  • Manage/Add folders, using the Manage/New Folder option.
  • Create a duplicate of an existing report, using the Copy option.
  • View the list of report types for Guest Rooms Volume Contract option, if any.
  • Modify the report, using the Edit option.
  • Preview the report, using the Run option.
  • Export the report, using the Export option.
  • Delete a report, using the Delete option.
  • View and access options related to a chart of a report, using the Chart option.
  • View the details of a report by clicking the report name.
