Infor Sales and Catering Gateway

The Infor Sales and Catering Gateway interface is designed to provide configurable and secure integration between SCS Enterprise Organizations and third-party systems. Data can be extracted from and imported to SCS using this application programming interface (API) based on contemporary JSON/REST standards.

User with administrator role can configure customized gateway requests to access the organization's data. Fields that are available in the SCS reports are also available in the gateway, including custom fields that have been added for the Organization.

Organizations may also be configured to import data into SCS. The gateway will accept the same type of data that can be imported through the application's import tools. However, instead of accepting an Excel spreadsheet, the gateway accepts rows of data formatted in JSON.

Gateway agents are associated with roles, hierarchy authorization settings, and ownership groups to secure their access to appropriate data, and are also configured to have permission to access one or more gateway requests.
