360 Conversation Tracking
The email processing in SCS enables you to keep track of the complete communication history for each contact. Every correspondence can be conveniently filed and tracked for easy reference.
After an email is sent, the email information is available in the Communication History section of the Events page. Communication History section also displays the subject of email, the date, the recipient information and the delivery status.
Note: If a contact replies to the email sent from
SCS, the reply go to your normal email tool and a copy of the email will also be sent to the
communication history area.
The delivery statuses displayed are:
- Sent
- This message has been sent to the recipient but is yet to be delivered.
- Delivered
- The message is delivered to the recipient.Note: The email can be delivered to the recipient’s Spam folder.
- Opened
- The email has been opened by the recipient. The number of times the message is opened, is also displayed.
- Delivery Failed
- The message sent to an invalid email address or the email
address that does not exist. Note: When the email delivery fails, a notification is displayed to your Forward To Address.
