Home Page
The Home page is configured based on the security profile.
This page comprises of these sections:
- Tasks
- This section displays the tasks that are due on the current date or for which the due dates are lapsed.
- Appointments
- This section displays the list of appointments scheduled on the current date.
- Events
- This section displays events taking place on the current date for which you have some responsibility.
- Functions
- This section displays functions taking place on the current date for which you have some responsibility.
- Rooms Blocks or Booking
- This section displays all the current booking of the Guest Rooms you are responsible for, that are scheduled for the day.
- Event Leads
- This section displays the event leads created today for which you are the salesperson.
- Member Leads
- This section displays the member leads created today for which you are the salesperson.
- Reservations
- This section displays the reservations:
- With special requests scheduled for the day.
- Summary of the previous date.
- Summary of the current date.
- Unfiled Correspondence
- This section displays the broken email thread between a contact and an SCS user.
- Background Activities
- This section displays activities that are either in progress or have been completed, such as large reports exported to Excel, financial changes applied to future events, or the multi-copying of events.
