Adding or modifying a reservation service item

  1. Select Settings > Reservations > Service Items. The Service Items page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site to which a reservation service item must be added.
    Note: If you select the Master List site to add a reservation service item, the reservation service item is added to all the sites.
  3. Click New. The Edit Reservation Service Item page is displayed.
    Note: You can modify an existing reservation service item, using the Edit option corresponding to the name of the reservation service item.
  4. Specify this information in the Reservation Service Item Details section:
    Name
    The name of the reservation service item.
    Description
    A description for the reservation service item.
    Visible In Guest Portal
    Select this check box to view the reservation service item in the guest portal.
  5. Click Save.
