Importing related service item records

  1. Select Settings > Event Services > Import Related Service Item Records. The Import Related Service Items page is displayed.
  2. Click the required field reference in the Spreadsheet Column Labels section for copying the field reference to a spreadsheet file.
  3. Use these options in the Import Related Service Items section:
    • Division: The Division in which you require to import the related service item records.
    • Site: The site in which you require to import the related service item records.
    • Spreadsheet: To import the data associated with related service item records in a spreadsheet file.
    • Test: To import the spreadsheet file for verifying whether the spreadsheet file is configured correctly.
    • Apply Updates: To import the file for updating the database permanently.
  4. Click Import.
