Managing event lead SSP site activation

  1. Select Settings > Event Leads > Manage Event Lead Self-Service Portal Site Activation.
  2. Select a Division and a Site for which you require to activate the event lead self-service portal.
  3. Specify this information in the Activate Event Lead Self-Service Portal section:
    Active
    Select this check box to activate the portal.
    Description
    A description for the portal.
    Default Lead Type
    The default lead type.
    Minimum Days In Advance
    The minimum number of days prior to which an event lead must be booked in the SSP.
    Default Salesperson
    The salesperson assigned to the portal by default.
    Send Email Notification to Salesperson
    Select this check box to notify the salesperson regarding the new lead through email.
    Send Email Confirmation to Contact
    Select this check box to send a confirmation email to a contact.
    From Email Account
    The email account from which the confirmation email is sent.
    Confirmation Email Template
    The template for confirmation email.
    Portal URL
    The URL to access the portal.
    Note: The URL is displayed after the configuration is completed.
    HMS Integrated Portal URL
    The URL to access the portal through HMS.
  4. Specify this information in the Look and Feel Customization section:
    Logo Image
    The image of the logo for the portal.
    Splash Image
    A splash image for the portal.
    Banner Image
    A banner image for the portal.
    Font Family
    The font of the portal.
    Background Color
    The background color of the portal.
    Text Color
    The text color of the font used in the portal.
    Button Color
    The color of options in the portal.
    Button Text Color
    The color of the text for the options in the portal.
  5. Click Save.
