Setting the room rental financial details

  1. Select Settings > Event Financials > Room Rental Financial Settings.
  2. Select a Division and a Site for which you require to modify the details.
  3. Specify this information in the Room Rental Financial Settings section:
    Revenue Center
    The type of service for which the revenue is generated.
    Applied Rates
    The type of charge applied to the revenue center.
    Use Inclusive Pricing for Room Rental
    Select this check box to ensure that the check box is selected by default when displayed on the appropriate page.
  4. Click Save.
