Specify this information in the Manage Contact Data Retention Policy
section:
- Automatic Retention Policy Enabled
- Select this check box to enable purging of data
automatically.
- Retention Period
- The duration up to which the information related to the
contact is retained before the data is purged.
- Retention Units
- The period up to which the information related to the
contact is retained before the data is purged. Possible values:
