Adding or modifying occupancy rates by month

  1. Select Settings > Guest Rooms Control > Guest Rooms Control Rates by Month. The Guest Rooms Rates Details page is displayed.
  2. Select a site, month containing date, and rate plan.
  3. Click Edit. The Edit Guest Rooms Rates page is displayed.
    Note: You can also use the Multi Edit option to modify multiple rates.
  4. Add or modify the occupancy rate of the required guest room(s) for the specific date(s) of the selected site, month, and rate plan.
  5. Click Save.
