Adding an online ordering package
- Select Settings > Events > Manage Online Ordering Packages. The Online Ordering Packages page is displayed.
- Select a Division and a Site to which an online ordering package must be added.
- Click New. The Add/Edit Online Ordering Package page is displayed.

Specify this information in the Online Ordering Package
Details section:
- Name
- The name of the online ordering package.
- Package Number
- The number of the online ordering package.
- Description
- A description of the online ordering package.
- Pricing Summary
- A summary of the online ordering package pricing.
- Package Type
- The type of package.
- Availability Window
- The duration when the package is available.
- Event Type
- The type of the event.
- Event Sub Type
- The sub type of the event.
- Market Type
- The type of market.
- Lifecycle Model
- The name of the lifecycle model.
- Starting Event Status
- The status of the lifecycle when the event starts.
- Service Fee Rate Option
- The option of the service fee rate.
- Minimum Attendance
- The minimum number of guests allowed for the package booked through the Guest Portal or Gateway.
- Maximum Attendance
- The maximum number of guests allowed for the package booked through the Guest Portal or Gateway.
- Default Salesperson
- The default salesperson assigned for the online ordering package.
- Booking Method
- The method of booking a package.
- Send Email Notification to Salesperson
- Select this check box to send a new event package email notification to the salesperson.
- Send Email Confirmation to Contact
- Select this check box to send a confirmation email to the contact.
- From Email Account
- The email account of the sender.
- Confirmation Email Template
- The template of the confirmation email.
- Early Booking Incentive
- Select this check box to provide pricing incentives to
guests for ordering early. These subsequent fields are displayed:
- Incentive Cutoff Days
The number of days after which the Online Ordering Profile start date is applicable for Early Booking Incentives.
- Incentive Message
A message displayed in the portal for ensuring that guests place the orders early to avail the incentive.
- Incentive Pricing Menu
Select this check box to use the specific price menu during the incentive period in the portal.
- Incentive Discount
Select this check box to ensure that a discount percentage rate applicable for an order during the incentive period.

- Click Save.
