Adding or modifying a service item price group

  1. Select Settings > Reservations > Manage Service Item Prices. The Manage Service Item Prices page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site to which a service item price group must be added.
  3. Click New. The Edit Service Item Price Group page is displayed.
    Note: You can modify an existing service item price group, using the Edit option corresponding to the name of the service item price group.
  4. Specify a name for the service item price group in the Service Item Price Group Name field.
  5. Specify a value for Max Selections, Max Total Quantity, and a Price for each service item and select a pricing model in the No Activity Type section.
    Note: 
    • If you select the Offered check box for a service item, the service item is displayed/offered when a reservation is booked.
    • If you select the pricing model as Charge Per Quantity for a service item, you can specify the maximum number of the service items that can be added, in the Max Quantity field.
  6. Specify a value for Max Selections and Max Total Quantity.
  7. Select a pricing model and specify a price for each service item in each activity type section.
  8. Click Save.
