Setting criteria for recommended seating

  1. Select Settings > Reservation Floor Management > Recommended Seating. The Recommended Seating page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site.
  3. Select the Primary Recommended Seating Criteria check box in the Recommended Seating section to select Request or Server Rotation as the primary criteria for recommended seating.
    Note: 
    • If you clear the Primary Recommended Seating Criteria check box, the Secondary Recommended Seating Criteria check box is not displayed.
    • If you select Server Rotation, the Rotation Criteria field is displayed wherein you can select the criterion.
  4. Select the Secondary Recommended Seating Criteria check box in the Recommended Seating section to select Request or Server Rotation as the secondary criteria for recommended seating.
    Note: If you select Server Rotation, the Rotation Criteria field is displayed wherein you can select the criterion.
  5. Click Save.
