Configuring event graphical indicator

  1. Select Settings > Events > Event Graphical Indicator. The Event Graphical Indicator page is displayed.
  2. Select a Division and a Site for which you require to configure the graphical indicators.
  3. Specify a name for each indicator in the Event Graphical Indicator section.
    Note: Select the Use for Guest Rooms Block Indicator check box to use the Cyan colour as the guest rooms block indicator.
  4. Click Save.
