Cvent Interface

Cvent, is a software product that manages Requests for Proposals (RFPs), is integrated with Infor SCS application. Cvent obtains data related to an event lead and creates a lead in multiple venues for the planner. The RFPs (Requests for Proposals) of Cvent are automatically created as Event Leads in SCS.

On the Event Lead details page, the View Request for Proposal option is displayed that enables users to view the request for proposal in SCS after the integration process is completed.

This interface identifies a contact in SCS that matches with a contact in Cvent. If the contact is not found, the interface enables adding the contact fields into the temporary contact fields in the event lead.
