Associating a lead custom field with a function custom field

  1. Select Settings > Event Leads > Associate Lead/Function Custom Fields. The Associate Lead/Function Custom Fields page is displayed.
  2. Select a function custom field to associate with an event lead custom field.
    Note: 
    • The value specified in an event lead custom field is defaulted in the associated function custom field when the event lead is converted to an event.
    • You can associate an event lead custom field with a function custom field, only if the field type of the custom fields is same.
    • To view the associated custom fields on the Event Lead details and Function details page, you must add the custom fields to page layouts.
  3. Click Save.
