Booking an event guest list reservation

  1. Select Events. The Events calendar page is displayed.
  2. Click ellipses and select Book Event Guest List Reservation. The Book Event Guest List Reservation page is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Site
    The site where you require to perform the event guest list reservation.
    Start Date
    The date from which you require to check the availability of the event guest list reservation.
    End Date
    The date up to which you require to check the availability of the event guest list reservation.
    Party Size
    The total number of guests.
    Function Types
    The type of function organized for the event such as Bowling, Breakfast, and Ceremony.
  4. Click the Check Availability option to check the availability of a guest list reservation based on the information provided. The available slots are displayed.
    Note: 
    • You must activate the site on the Manage Guest List Guest Portal Site Activation page in Settings, if the site is not added to the portal.
    • You must add a guest list to the function for searching the guest list.
  5. Click the required slot.
  6. Click Book. The Edit Guest List Booking page is displayed.
  7. Select a contact in the Primary Contact section.
  8. Specify this information in the Booking Details section:
    Booking Name
    The name of the booking.
    Function
    The name of the function.
    Function Date
    The date on which the function is organized.
    Function Start Time
    The time when the function starts.
    Party Size
    The total number of guests.
    Comments
    The additional information related to the booking.
    Owner
    The default user who has logged on to the application.
    Note: The default user can change the ownership to another user.
    Reservationist
    The name of the organizer who booked the event guest list reservation.
  9. Specify the party size for each guest type in the Party Mix section.
  10. Click Save.
