Guest List

This section displays a guest list for reservations that must be assigned to an asset. You can review details such as the name of the reservation, the time when the reservation is booked, and the arrival time of the guest.

You can click a guest row to view information related to preferences, comments, and requests of the reservation. You can click gameplan_icon to highlight the asset that meets the criteria for the reservation.

You can double click a guest row to display the arrival time of the guest(s). You can also double click the guest row to remove the arrival time of guest(s) who have not arrived yet.

You can use this section to:
  • Book a new reservation, using plus_icon.
  • View the details related to a specific reservation, using info_icon.
