Modifying the details of a function

  1. Select Events. The Events calendar page is displayed.
  2. Double click an event. The Event details page is displayed.
  3. Click the function name or function number in the Functions section that you require to modify. The Function details page is displayed.
  4. Click Edit Function. The Function details page is displayed.
  5. Modify the required details.
  6. Click Save.
    Note: You can also use these options:
    • Mass Edit Selected Functions: Modify the selected functions collectively.
    • Copy Selected Functions: Copy the details of selected functions.
    • Save and New Function: Save the existing function and add one or more functions.
    • Save and Copy Function: Save and copy the existing details of the function.
    • Save and Add Reservations: Save the function and add a reservation to the existing function.
