Adding a rate plan

  1. Select Settings > Guest Rooms Control > Rate Plans. The Rate Plans page is displayed.
  2. Select a Division and a Site to which a rate plan must be added.
    Note: If you select the Master List site to add a rate plan, the rate plan is added to all the sites.
  3. Click New.
    Note: You can modify an existing rate plan, using the Edit option corresponding to the name of the rate plan.
  4. Specify this information on the Edit Guest Rooms Rate Plan page:
    Rate Plan Name
    The name of the rate plan.
    Description
    A description for the rate plan.
    Rate Code
    A code for the rate plan.
  5. Click Save.
