Adding rates for guest room types

  1. Select Settings > Guest Rooms Control > Multi Edit Guest Rooms Control Rates. The Multi Edit Guest Rooms Rates page is displayed.
  2. Select a site, start and end dates, day(s), and a rate plan for which guest rooms rates can be modified.
  3. Select the check box corresponding to the guest room type to which the default occupancy rates must be added, in the Default Occupancy Rates section.
  4. Select the check box corresponding to the guest room type to which the incremental auto rates of Double, Triple, and Quad occupancy types can be added, in the Auto Rate Increases section.
    Note: When adding or modifying a guest room booking, the specified rates are automatically defaulted after the rate of Single occupancy type is added.
  5. Select the check box corresponding to the guest room type to which the service menu bundle rate must be added, in the Bundle Rates section.
  6. Select a service menu bundle rate that must be included in the selected guest room type(s).
  7. Click Save.
