Floor Plan

A floor plan is a layout of the location where a reservation is booked.

The Floor Plan page displays information related to the floor plan of the booked reservations.

Note: 
  • You can create new floor plans and floor plan diagrams on the Manage Floor Plans page in Settings.
  • A floor plan is used by a service period. Thus, you cannot delete a floor plan when a service period is using the floor plan.
  • A floor plan is displayed on the Edit Day of the Week Service Period page if the availability matrix and wait station template is configured to the floor plan.
  • You can also access this page by clicking the View Floor Plan option in the ellipses on the Reservations Guest List page.

You can view details such as Reservation Pace, Reservation Pace by Party Size, and Cover Counts. The information displayed is based on the selected Site, Date, and Service Period.

You can use this page to:

  • Book a reservation for an event, using the Book Reservation option. .
    Note: If you select the Auto Print check box in Settings, based on the configuration, the reservation details are printed automatically when you book a reservation.
  • View information related to the guest list, using the guest list icon.
  • View the guests who are prioritized on the wait list, until the guests can be accommodated, using the wait list icon.
  • View information related to assets, using the pulse statistics icon.
  • View and manage information related to the servers, using the server ledger icon.
  • Print details related to the floor plan, using the print icon.
