Importing account records

  1. Select Settings > Accounts > Import Account Records. The Import Accounts page is displayed.
  2. Click the required field reference in the Spreadsheet Column Labels section for copying the field reference to a spreadsheet file.
  3. Use these options in the Import Accounts section:
    • Owner: The owner of the account record.
    • Spreadsheet: To import the data associated with account records in a spreadsheet file.
    • Test: To import the spreadsheet file for verifying whether the spreadsheet file is configured correctly.
    • Apply Updates: To import the file for updating the database permanently.
  4. Click Import.
