Adding a location object

  1. Select Settings > Event Room Diagramming > Manage Location Objects. The Manage Location Diagram Objects page is displayed.
  2. Select a Division and a Site to which a location object must be added.
    Note: If you select the Master List site to add a location object, the location object is added to all the sites.
  3. Click New. The Edit Location Diagram Object page is displayed.
    Note: You can modify an existing location object, using the Edit option corresponding to the name of the location object.
  4. Specify this information:
    Name
    The name of the location diagram object.
    Type
    The type of the location diagram object such as window and door.
    Note: If you select Other in this field, these additional fields are displayed:
    • Shape: The shape of the location diagram object.
    • Image: An image of the location diagram object.
    • Width: The width of the location diagram object.
    • Is Interior?: Select this check box to ensure the location diagram object is a movable object.
    • Rotation Angle: The angle by which the location object could be rotated.
      Note: This field is displayed only when the Is Interior check box is selected.
    Length
    The length of the location diagram object.
  5. Click Save.
