Modifying a service type / item

  1. Select Settings > Event Services > Manage Service Menus.
  2. Select a Division and a Site.
    Note: If you require to modify a service type / item of a service menu that is added to the Master List site, you can modify the service type / item only through the Master List site.
  3. Click Edit in the Actions section corresponding to the name of the service menu. The Edit Service Menu page is displayed.
  4. Click Save. The service menu details page is displayed.
  5. Click Edit Service Type / Items in the service type section. The Service Type details page is displayed.
  6. Modify the required details in the Service Type Details section:
    Service Type
    The type of service of the service menu.
    Unlimited Selections
    Select this check box to make unlimited service item selections within the service menu.
    Note: If you clear this check box, the Maximum # Selections field is displayed. You must specify the maximum number of service types or items that is to be included.
    Auto Add All Items
    Select this check box to add all items automatically to the service type when the menu is added to an event lead or a function.
    Enforce Quantity Management
    Select this check box to ensure the selected service items are equal to the package menu quantity.
    Hide Service Type in SSPs
    Select this check box to hide the name of the service type in the self-service portals.
  7. Modify the required details in the Service Items section.
  8. Click Save.
