Copying a reservation to multiple dates

  1. Click ellipses to view the menu on the Reservations page.
  2. Select View Reservation List from the menu displayed. The Reservation List page is displayed.
  3. Click the reservation name for copying the reservation details to multiple dates. The reservation details page is displayed.
  4. Click ellipses to view the menu.
  5. Select Multi Copy Reservation from the menu displayed. The Copy Reservation to Multiple Dates page is displayed.
  6. Select the date to which the reservation details must be copied.
  7. Click Book Reservations. The Reservation Multi-Copy Summary page is displayed.
  8. Click Done.
    Note: If the parent reservation has a contact using a credit card, the credit card is also used to guarantee the series of copied reservations.
