Adding or modifying a sub option to a service item category

  1. Select Settings > Event Services > Manage Service Item Categories. The Service Item Categories page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site in which a service item category is added to which a sub option must be added.
    Note: If a service item category is added to the Master List site, a sub option can be added to the service item category only through the Master List site.
  3. Click Manage Sub Options in the Actions section corresponding to the name of the service item category. The Manage Sub Types: Service Item Category: (name of the service item category) page is displayed.
  4. Click New. The Edit Service Item Category Sub Option page is displayed.
    Note: You can modify an existing sub option, using the Edit option corresponding to the name of the service item category sub option.
  5. Specify a name for the sub option in the Service Item Category Sub Option Name field.
  6. Click Save.
