Health Metrics
The overall health of the system is represented by availability and average response time metrics.
SCS is dedicated to 99.99% availability, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Regular maintenance is planned approximately every other week for less than 30 minutes, during off-hours, in accordance with the SCS license agreement.
A rolling 5-minute average response time is available for real-time observation and for reports on past performance. Average response time remains under 3 seconds, 99.9% of the time. Because of SCS's scalable and adaptive architecture, this rolling average remains consistent even as demand increases up to 1,000 requests for every 5-minute limit described in the Rate Limits section of this document.
