Managing HMS Interface

  1. Select Settings > Interfaces > Manage HMS Interface. The Manage HMS Interface page is displayed.
  2. Select a Division and a Site for which you require to modify.
  3. Specify this information in the Manage HMS Interface section:
    HMS Interface Enabled
    Select this check box to enable HMS interface.
    HMS Tenant
    The name of the HMS tenant.
    HMS Property ID
    The property ID of the HMS tenant.
    HMS Host Server
    The host server of the HMS tenant.
  4. Click Verify HMS Settings. A verification success message is displayed.
  5. Select the Account Profile Sync Enabled check box in Account Profile Synchronization section to synchronize the HMS interface tenant with the specific account profile.
  6. Specify this information in the Financial Posting section:
    Financial Posting Enabled
    Select this check box to enable financial posting from SCS to HMS.
    Auto Post Functions Enabled
    Select this check box to enable posting of function automatically from SCS to HMS.
    Scheduled Start Time
    The scheduled time from when the posting of the job is initiated.
    Owner
    The name of the user who can view the result of the automated job posting, on the respective home page.
  7. Specify the required information in the Volume Contract Processing section.
  8. Specify the required information in the HMS Authentication for Webhooks section.
  9. Specify the required information in the Single Guest Itinerary Interface section.
  10. Click Save.
    Note: When you select the Account Profile Sync Enabled check box or Financial Posting Enabled check box, you are required to specify values in all the fields in the Manage HMS Interface section. You must also select the HMS Interface Enabled check box to save the data successfully.
