Initializing account profile synchronization

  1. Select Settings > Interfaces > Initialize Account Profile Sync. The Initialize Account Profile Sync page is displayed.
  2. Select a Division and a Site for which you require to initiate account profile synchronization with HMS.
  3. Click Initialize.
