Creating a volume contract default task

  1. Select Settings > Guest Rooms Control > Manage Task Defaults. The Volume Contract Lifecycle Models page is displayed.
  2. Click New. The Add/Edit Volume Contract Task Default page is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    The name of the Volume Contract task.
    Description
    A short description about the task.
    Days
    The number of days (as they relate to the date type) scheduled for the task.
    Weekdays Only
    If this check box is selected, the tasks are scheduled only for weekdays.
    Date Type
    The type of date for the task such as the following date, before or after the date of contract.
    Use Contract Salesperson
    The default user who has logged on to the application.
    Note: The default user can transfer the ownership to another user.
    Use Contract Owner
    The default user who has logged on to the application.
    Note: The default user can transfer the ownership to another user.
  4. Click Save.
