Creating a volume contract default task
- Select Settings > Guest Rooms Control > Manage Task Defaults. The Volume Contract Lifecycle Models page is displayed.
- Click New. The Add/Edit Volume Contract Task Default page is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Name
- The name of the Volume Contract task.
- Description
- A short description about the task.
- Days
- The number of days (as they relate to the date type) scheduled for the task.
- Weekdays Only
- If this check box is selected, the tasks are scheduled only for weekdays.
- Date Type
- The type of date for the task such as the following date, before or after the date of contract.
- Use Contract Salesperson
- The default user who has logged on to the
application.Note: The default user can transfer the ownership to another user.
- Use Contract Owner
- The default user who has logged on to the
application.Note: The default user can transfer the ownership to another user.
- Click Save.
