Exporting events and functions to Google Calendar

  1. Select Settings > Users > Manage Google Calendar Settings. The Manage Google Calendar Exports page is displayed.
  2. Click Sign in with Google. The Sign in with Google window is displayed.
  3. Specify an email address.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Specify the password of the email address.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Click Allow. The Export Events to Google Calendar page is displayed.
  8. Select the business type in the Business Type field for the type of data being exported.
  9. Click Next. The Export Events to Google Calendar page is displayed.
  10. Specify this information in the Calendar Properties section:
    Description
    A description for the Google Calendar.
    Choose Google Calendar
    A separate calendar in the existing Google Calendar.
    Create New Google Calendar
    Select this check box to create a new Google Calendar.
    Note: If you select this check box, the Choose Google Calendar field is disabled.
    New Google Calendar Name
    The name of the new Google Calendar.
    Active
    Select this check box to synchronize the Google Calendar with the configured Google API.
    Hide Details
    Select this check box to hide all event related details except the event or function date and time.
    Note: You can add or modify filters as required in the Filter Criteria section.
  11. Click Save. The Export Events to Google Calendar page is displayed.
  12. Click Done. The Manage Google Calendar Exports page is displayed.
    Note: You can use this page to disconnect from Google, add calendar, refresh the calendar status, view the inactive Google Calendars, or modify, delete, or deactivate an existing Google Calendar.
  13. Click Done.
