Composing an email
- Click Send Event Email in the Communication History section on the Events page. The Compose Email page is displayed..
- Specify this information:
- Contact
- Name of the contact person to whom the email is sent.
- Related Business Type
- The type of business activity the email is related to.
- Related Business Name
- The name of an event.
- To
- Email address of the recipient.
- Additional To
- The email ID of the additional contact to whom the email is set, if required.
- Subject
- The subject line of an email.
- From
- The email address of the sender.
- Body
- The content of the email.
- Click Send Email.
