Adding logos to document template

  1. Select Settings > Organization > Manage Sites. The Manage Sites page is displayed.
  2. Click Edit. The Edit Site page is displayed.
  3. Browse for a logo in the logo field of Site Details section.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Select Settings > Correspondence > Manage Document Templates. The Manage Document Templates page is displayed.
  6. Click View. A word document template is downloaded.
  7. Insert a text box in the word document where you want a logo to be displayed.
  8. Copy the Site Logo Merge Field ${event.site.logo} into the text box.
  9. Click Save. The Site Logo Merge field is displayed.v9.
  10. Select Settings > Correspondence > Manage Document Templates. The Manage Document Templates page is displayed.
  11. Click Edit.
  12. Click Replace File.
  13. Click Save.
