Adding or modifying a location diagram

  1. Select Settings > Event Room Diagramming > Manage Location Diagrams. The Manage Location Diagrams page is displayed.
  2. Select a Division, Site, and a Location to which a diagram must be added.
  3. Specify the length in the Length field and the width in the Width field of the diagram.
  4. Click Create Diagram. A window is displayed.
  5. Click one or more options as required, in the panel, to create a location diagram. Possible options:
    • Add Interior Object: The interior object that is added while creating a location diagram.
      Note: 
      • You can specify details such as the name and length of the interior object, using the Edit option.
      • The objects can be locked even after rebuilding the location diagram, using the Keep on Rebuild option.
    • Add Text: The text for the location diagram can be added in the field.
    • Add Measurement: The measurement added to the interior object.
    • Save: The interior objects that are created can be saved.
    • Workspace Settings: The layout set for the location diagram.
      Note: 
      • The position of an interior object, on the location diagram, is set based on the values specified in the X, Y, and Rotation fields. You can also set the position of an interior object by dragging the object from one position to another.
      • You can select the Rebuild Location Diagram option to reset the layout of the location diagram.
  6. Click Done.
    Note: You can also modify the existing location diagram.
