Importing service item costs

  1. Select Settings > Event Services > Import Service Item Costs. The Import Service Item Costs page is displayed.
  2. Click the required field reference in the Spreadsheet Column Labels section for copying the field reference to a spreadsheet file.
  3. Use these options in the Import Service Item Costs section:
    • Division: The division in which you require to import the service item costs.
    • Site: The site in which you require to import the service item costs.
    • Spreadsheet: To import the data associated with service item costs in a spreadsheet file.
    • Test: To import the spreadsheet file for verifying whether the spreadsheet file is configured correctly.
    • Apply Updates: To import the file for updating the database permanently.
  4. Click Import.
