Event Leads

The Event Leads are specified and modified in SCS, but it does not exist in the Event Calendars. Most of the features available for Leads are like Events such as, the ability to log activities, send emails, and create tasks.

The Event Leads page allows you to view the list of event leads that are created by the user as well as generated from the website. The data on this page is displayed based on the values specified in the Folder and List View fields.

You can use this page to:

• Manage a folder, using the Manage Folder option.
• Create a new folder, using the New Folder option.
• Manage the list view, using the Manage View option.
• Create a new list view, using the New View option.
• Create a duplicate of an existing list view, using the Copy View option.
• Create a new event lead, using the New option.
• Create a duplicate of an existing event lead, using the Copy option.
• Modify an event lead, using the Edit option.
• Delete an event lead, using the Delete option.
• View the details of a lead by clicking on the Lead Name.
  Note: You can view the pending leads by clicking on the View Leads Pending option on the Events Calendar page.
• Search for a lead, using the List View Search field.
