Modifying configuration details of an enterprise

  1. Select Settings > Enterprise > Administer Enterprise Configuration Options. The Administer Enterprise Configuration Options page is displayed.
  2. Specify the Enterprise Support ID that links to the support portal in the Enterprise Settings section.
  3. Specify this information in the Password Settings section:
    Enforce Strong Passwords
    Select this check box to accept only strong password for the enterprise.
    Self-Service Allowed
    Select this check box to enable users to use the 'Forget Your Password?' link on the login page.
    Password Expiration
    The number of days up to which a password can be used.
  4. Select the credit card processors that can be available for use in the Credit Card Processing section.
  5. Select the Enable Financial Close Deadline check box to enable the financial close dates in the Settings functionality wherein financial close dates can be set, in the Financial Close Deadline section.
  6. Specify this information in the Reservations section:
    Restrict Book Reservation
    Select this check box to limit the availability checking on the Book Reservation page based on the selected site, date, and service period.
    Use Service Period for Multi-Copy Reservations
    Select this check box to use the start time of service period when copying a reservation.
    Reserve iQ Time Difference Threshold (in seconds)
    The number of seconds that the ReServe iQ device clock time varies from the Infor server clock time.
  7. Select the Allow Updates To Reference IDs check box, to update the reference IDs when the synchronization is enabled, in the Account Profile Synchronization section.
  8. Select the Restrict Contact Matching to Site for Portals and Gateway check box, to restrict contacts from matching to the site in which the contacts are saved, when using gateways or portals, in the Contact Settings section.
  9. Select the Enable Sub-Events check box, in the Event Settings section, to display the Add Additional Guest Rooms Block option in the Guest Rooms Blocks section on the Event details page.
    Note: The option is displayed only after a guest room block is added to the Guest Rooms Blocks section.
  10. Specify this information in the Single Sign-On section:
    Enable SAML
    Select this check box to enable Single Sign-On.
    IdP Entity ID
    The identity provider URL.
  11. Select the Enable Foreign Language and Currency Support check box, in the Foreign Language and Currency Settings section, to enable the Manage Supported Languages, Manage Supported Currencies, and Manage Locales links in the Settings functionality.
  12. Click Save.
