Appointment list view

The Appointment List page displays the appointment details related to the business. You can also view and modify the details of an appointment. To access this page, select Appointments > View Appointment List.
Note: The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Folder and List View fields.

You can use this page to:

  • Manage the folders, using the Manage Folder option.
  • Create a new folder, using the New Folder option.
  • Manage the list view, using the Manage View option.
  • Create a new list view, using the New View option.
  • Create a copy of an existing list view, using the Copy View option.
  • Create a new appointment, using the New option.
  • Modify the details of an appointment, using the Edit option.
  • Delete an appointment, using the Delete option.
  • View the details of the appointment by clicking the appointment name.
  • Delete the selected appointment(s), using the Delete Selected option.
  • Search for an appointment, using the List View Search field.
  • View the details of the related business by clicking the related business name.
