Setting contact data retention period

  1. Select Settings > Contacts > Manage Contact Data Retention Policy. The Manage Contact Data Retention Policy page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Manage Contact Data Retention Policy section:
    Automatic Retention Policy Enabled
    Select this check box to enable purging of data automatically.
    Retention Period
    The duration up to which the information related to the contact is retained before the data is purged.
    Retention Units
    The period up to which the information related to the contact is retained before the data is purged. Possible values:
    • Days
    • Months
    • Years
  3. Click Save.
