Option Holds

In Infor Sales and Catering Solution, a location is allowed to accommodate one event at a time. The Option Holds functionality enables the user to maintain a record of the multiple event leads in the same location and time.

Multiple option holds can be added at the same date and time to maintain a record of the event leads without booking a location.

The event leads created with option holds are displayed in the event calendar.
