Guest rooms booking in the new view

This page displays information related to guest rooms booked for the event. You can access this page, using the Add/Edit Guest Rooms Booking option or the Edit option in the Actions section corresponding to the date of the guest rooms booking.

You can use this page to:

• Modify the dates of the booked guest room(s) and the guest room type(s), using the Edit Dates/Room Types option.
• Modify the guest room(s) booking related data collectively, using the Mass Update option.
• Modify the guest room(s) booking details displayed in the columns and rows, using the Quick Fill option.
• Configure occupancy related options in the Occupancy Rows section.
• Select the count/rate columns that are required to be displayed on the page, in the Count/Rate Columns section.
• Select the date(s) and day(s) of the booking information required to be displayed in the Dates to Show section on the page.
• Specify room rates for each selected room type.
  Note: The rates of Double, Triple, and Quad occupancy types are automatically specified based on the rate of single occupancy type specified on this page and the values specified in the Auto Rate Increases section on the Multi Edit Guest Rooms Rates page.
