Integration of Sertifi with SCS

Sertifi, a secure guest platform used for eSignature and ePayment. This third-party platform enables you to share documents for eSignature, manage credit card charges, and process payments. SCS retrieves the data when sertifi completes processing credit card charges.

The Support team can configure Sertifi, using the Administer Enterprise Configuration Options option in the Settings functionality.

You can initiate the Sertifi processing, using the Settings functionality related to Division, Site, or Business Unit.

To enable the eSignature and ePayment process for an event, a Sertifi folder must be created on the Event details page. The contact associated with the event is authorized to sign documents and is invited through an email to use Sertifi’s guest platform for signing the documents. The SCS application retrieves the electronically signed documents from Sertifi.
