Copying functions

  1. Select Events. The Events calendar page is displayed.
  2. Double click an event. The Event details page is displayed.
  3. Select one or more functions in the Functions section.
  4. Click Copy Selected Functions. The Copy Functions page is displayed.
  5. Specify this information in the Event Options section:
    Copy to Same Event
    Select this check box to copy the function to the same event.
    Copy to Another Event
    Select this check box to copy to another event.
    Note: If this check box is selected, the Select Event section is displayed. You can copy the function details to a specific event displayed in the event list. You can set the search criteria to view the list of events based on the Event Date Between, and, Event Name, Event Salesperson Name, and the Event Status fields.
  6. Select one or more of these check boxes in the Function Copy Options section:
    • Copy Function Guest List Requirements
    • Copy Function Notes
    • Copy Function Personnel
    • Copy Function Reservations
    • Copy Function Services
    • Copy Function Timelines
    • Copy Function Adjustments
    • Copy Function Additional Service Fees
  7. Select the function(s) that you require to copy in the Select Functions section.
    Note: You can select multiple functions simultaneously if you select the check box corresponding to the Start Date section.
  8. Select the required dates to which the specific function is to be copied in the Select Function Dates section.
  9. Click Copy Functions.
