Adding a section

  1. Select Reservations. The Reservations guest list page is displayed..
  2. Select a Site and a Date.
  3. Click ellipses icon. A list of options is displayed.
  4. Select the Prepare for Service option. The Assign Servers page is displayed.
  5. Click Edit Sections in the In-Service Settings section. The Floor Management page is displayed.
  6. Click Add Section. The In Service (Default Template) page is displayed.
  7. Specify a name and the section demarcating color in the Section Details section.
  8. Select one or more reservation assets for the section in the Reservation Assets section.
  9. Click Save.
    Note: You can also use these options:
    • Edit Section: Modify the details of a section.
    • Remove Section: Delete a section.
    • Open Section: Open all the reservations assets of a section.
    • Close Section: Close all the reservations assets of a section.
