Activating the event self-service portal site

  1. Select Settings > Events > Manage Event Self-Service Portal Site Activation. The Manage Event Self-Service Portal Site Activation page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site for which you require to activate the site of the event self-service portal.
  3. Specify this information in the Portal Details section:
    Active
    Select this check box to activate the event self-service portal.
    Credit Card Authorization
    A message related to the credit card.
    Note: This message is displayed in the portal when the credit card is not added to the file.
  4. Select the sender who sends the email and the email template in the Event Comment Email section to send an email when a user adds a new comment to an event.
    Note: You must select an email template to send an email.
  5. Select the sender who sends the email and the email template in the Event Document Email section to send an email when a user shares a new event document or requests eSignature for an event document.
    Note: You must select an email template to send an email.
  6. Select the sender who sends the email and the email template in the Event Payment Request Email section to send an email when a user requests for an event payment through the portal.
    Note: You must select an email template to send an email.
  7. Select the sender who sends the email and the email template in the Master Event Comment Email section to send an email when a user adds a new comment to a master event.
    Note: You must select an email template to send an email.
  8. Select the sender who sends the email and the email template in the Master Event Document Email section to send an email when a user shares a new master event document or requests eSignature for a master event document.
    Note: You must select an email template to send an email.
  9. Select the sender who sends the email and the email template in the Master Event Payment Request Email section to send an email when a user requests a portal payment for a master event.
    Note: You must select an email template to send an email.
  10. Specify this information in the Look and Feel Customization section:
    Logo Image
    An image of the logo for the portal.
    Font Family
    The font of the portal.
    Button Color
    The color of the options in the portal.
    Outline Focus Color
    The outline color of the options in the portal.
  11. Click Save.
