Copying the details of a function to another event

  1. Select Events. The Events Calendar page is displayed.
  2. Double click the required event in the Event Calendar Legend section. The Event page is displayed.
  3. Select Copy Functions in the Functions section. The Copy Functions page is displayed.
  4. Select Copy to Another Event check box in the Event Options section.
  5. Specify this information to view a specific event:
    Event Date Between
    The date range to search for an event.
    Event Name
    The name of the event.
    Event Salesperson Name
    The name of the salesperson associated with the event.
    Event Status
    The status of the event.
    Note: You can specify one or more details to sort the list of events.
  6. Select the check box corresponding to the event name from the list displayed to copy the function.
  7. Select the required check box in the Function Copy Options section.
  8. Select the check box corresponding to the required function in the Select Functions section to copy the details of the function to a new date.
    Note: If there are multiple functions select the check boxes for the functions you require to copy.
  9. Select the date for which you require to copy the function in the Select Function Dates section.
    Note: You can select one or more dates to copy a function.
  10. Click Copy Functions.
